Damage To Crop -
1. It prefers young, green, and tender fruits for egg laying.
2. The females lay the eggs 2 to 4 mm deep in the fruit pulp, and the maggots feed inside the developing fruits.
3. At times, the eggs are also laid in the corolla of the flower, and the maggots feed on the flowers.
4. A few maggots have also been observed to feed on the stems.
5. The fruits attacked in early stages fail to develop properly, and drop or rot on the plant.
How to use trap and lure -
1. Open Lure Packet.
2. Tie the Lure with wire.
3. Hang Lure in the center of the trap.
4. Add some water to the bottom cover & Close the bottom cap.
5. Hang the trap on Field.
