This Return, Replacement & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs purchases made through www.ekisanzone.com (“Website”), operated by Click-N-Grow Agroventures Pvt Ltd, having its registered office at Akola, Maharashtra, India.

By placing an order on the Website, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

Return or Replacement Policy

Return or replacement requests may be raised within three (3) days from the date of delivery only under the following circumstances:

·        Product received is damaged;

·        Product is defective;

·        Incorrect product delivered;

·        Duplicate item received;

·        Quantity mismatch.

All requests are subject to valid proof (images/video evidence) and verification by the eKisanZone. If valid supporting proof is not submitted within the required timeframe, the return or replacement request will be automatically cancelled without further notice.

Reporting Timeline

·        Damaged or defective products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery;

·        Product mismatch or dissatisfaction must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Failure to report within the specified timeline may result in rejection of the request.

Non-Returnable Categories

·        Seeds and Live plants;

·        Animal husbandry products;

·        Consumables and perishable goods;

·        Electrical or electronic items;

·        Products requiring assembly;

·        Any item marked as ‘Non-Returnable’ on the website.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be considered only if:

·        Request is raised within three (3) days of delivery;

·        Product is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging;

·        Product matches the originally shipped item;

·        Proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation) is provided.

Refund approval is subject to inspection and verification by the Company.

Refund Deductions

·        Online payment cancellations: 3% payment gateway charges will be deducted;

·        Order cancelled after shipment: 3% payment gateway charges plus courier charges (forward + return) will be deducted.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to company error.

Refund Processing Timeline

Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product reaches our warehouse/hub and passes quality inspection.

Once approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Customers will be notified via email and/or SMS once the refund is initiated.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return or refund request:

·        Mention Order Number and registered contact details;

·        Attach clear images and videos showing the issue;

·        Provide invoice or proof of purchase.

Customers must ensure safe packaging and attach return manifest if provided. Products must not be sent directly to the manufacturer.

Identity Verification for Refunds

·        Refund will be processed only to the original purchaser;

·        Bank account name must match registered account name;

·        Company may request cancelled cheque, passbook copy, or valid identity proof (Aadhaar/PAN) where required.

Investigation & Final Decision

All refund and return requests are subject to review by the Company’s internal quality and verification team.

The Company reserves the right to approve or reject requests based on investigation findings.

Modification of Policy

Click-N-Grow Agroventures Pvt Ltd reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time without prior notice.

Updated versions will be published on the Website. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Akola, Maharashtra, India.

Special Category Disclaimers

Seeds: Germination and yield depend on soil, climate, irrigation, fertilizer use, and farming practices. No refund or replacement once seeds are opened or sown.
Basis: Biological variability and field conditions beyond company control.

Live Plants / Saplings: Survival, growth, flowering, and fruiting depend on climate, handling, and post-delivery care. No warranty or refund after delivery in healthy condition.
Basis: Sensitivity to environmental and management factors.

Fertilizers & Bio-Organic Inputs: Effectiveness varies based on soil condition, dosage, crop stage, and application method. No refund after opening or use.
Basis: Soil variability and usage practices.

Pesticides / Insecticides / Plant Protectors: Performance depends on correct pest identification, timing, dosage, and weather conditions. No refund for field performance issues after use.
Basis: Application accuracy and environmental factors.

IPM Tools & Products: Results vary with pest pressure and proper installation/usage. No guarantee of complete pest elimination.
Basis: Preventive and management-based nature of IPM systems.

Agricultural Machines & Implements: Warranty limited to manufacturing defects only, as per manufacturer terms. No coverage for misuse, overloading, or wear and tear.
Basis: Operator handling and maintenance conditions.

Animal Feeds & Supplements: Results depend on breed, health, feeding practices, and farm management. No performance guarantee.
Basis: Biological and management variability.

General Disclaimer

All products supplied by eKisanZone, a venture of Click-N-Grow Agroventures Private Limited, including but not limited to seeds, live plants, fertilizers, bio-inputs, pesticides, plant protection products, IPM tools, agricultural machinery, implements, animal feeds, and allied agricultural inputs, are provided in accordance with applicable statutory standards and manufacturer specifications.

Agricultural production is inherently subject to numerous variables beyond the Company’s control, including but not limited to soil characteristics, climatic conditions, water availability and quality, pest and disease incidence, cultivation practices, storage conditions, transportation handling, and adherence to recommended usage guidelines. Accordingly, the Company does not guarantee specific results, including germination rates, crop yield, plant growth, pest control effectiveness, livestock performance, or commercial profitability.

The Company’s liability, if any, shall be strictly limited to the invoiced value of the product supplied. Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to crop loss, yield reduction, loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, or any other economic loss arising out of or in connection with the purchase or use of its products.

All users are advised to carefully read and strictly follow product labels, usage instructions, safety guidelines, and advisory recommendations. Improper storage, handling, dosage, mixing, or application shall automatically void any claim or responsibility on the part of the Company.

By purchasing and using the products, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to the above terms and accepts full responsibility for application and farm-level management decisions.
