This Shipping & Delivery Policy (“Policy”) applies to all orders placed on www.ekisanzone.com (“Website”), operated by Click-N-Grow Agroventures Pvt Ltd, having its registered office at Akola, Maharashtra, India.

By placing an order on the Website, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

Shipping Partners and Delivery Timeline

To ensure safe and timely delivery, we dispatch orders through reputed courier partners such as Shiprocket, Ecom Express, India Post and other logistics providers.

·        Standard delivery timeline: 3 to 12 working days;

·        Bulk or transport orders: dispatched within 48 to 72 hours;

·        Orders shipped via special/other courier services may take longer than the standard timeline.

Delivery timelines provided by eKisanZone, are indicative estimates only and shall not be construed as guaranteed or binding commitments. While the Company makes reasonable commercial efforts to process and dispatch orders promptly and to minimize delivery time, actual delivery may be affected by factors beyond its control, including but not limited to logistics constraints, weather conditions, regulatory requirements, transportation delays, or force majeure events.

Order Verification (For New Users)

For new customers, our executive may contact you to confirm your delivery address, PIN code, and order details.

If your PIN code is not serviceable, you will be required to provide an alternate serviceable address.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

If the package appears tampered or damaged at delivery, you must:

·        Refuse to accept the delivery;

·        Take clear photographs of the package;

·        Record the remark with the courier;

·        Email ekisanzone.b2c@gmail.com with order details and photos.

Claims raised after accepting a visibly damaged package may not be entertained.

Delivery Estimates

Any delivery date displayed on the Website is indicative only.

Actual delivery may vary based on product availability, courier operations, weather conditions, remote location constraints, or force majeure events.

The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by these factors.

Delivery Limitations & Liability

·        Delivery delays may occur due to reasons beyond our control;

·        eKisanZone shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from delayed or failed delivery;

·        Delivery is subject to courier serviceability and operational constraints.

ODA (Out of Delivery Area) Locations

If your address falls under an ODA location:

·        Door delivery may not be available;

·        You may be required to self-collect the parcel from the nearest courier office;

·        Our team will share the courier office details and assist you.
